Price and description:

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT at the current rate if applicable, and the postage cost of your order will be clearly stated prior to checking out.

Although we have taken a great care to provide our customers with accurate description of items, that colours or appearance you see on your screen might not be a true reflection  specially regarding  our teaware. Furthermore, all measurements of our teaware are approximate due to their irregular geometry.

 Online orders:

Online orders shall fall under  Consumer Contract Regulations Act where by clicking “Buy Now” button you assume an obligation to pay for the items that you have placed in the shopping cart.

When you place an  online order, your order will be acknowledged by an email and this itself does not mean that we have accepted your offer to buy our product as all orders are subject to availability. If we are unable to  fulfil your order then your credit or debit card will be fully refunded and we shall contact you on due course to let you know of this fact.

We intend to dispatch your order withing 3 working days of receiving the order, and if for any reason that we are not able to do so then we will contact you to discuss your wishes.


Withing the UK  we use Royal Mail First Class whereas all other orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Parcel Post: outside of the EU please allow up to 21 days for your delivery.

Cancellations and returns:

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations Act you have the right to cancel the order within 14 calender days of receipt of your goods. In particular, you may cancel your order anytime before we dispatch the goods to you. The returning goods must be in their original & unused condition and we can not accept food items that have  been opened unless they are of unsatisfactory condition for consumption. All goods must be returned to us withing 14 days of  cancelling to the address given below.

If you decide to cancel the order (under above regulations) you will be given a full refund (provided that goods are in their original condition) including the postage you paid initially but you would have to return the items at your own cost unless we have sent you the goods in error or the items are faulty.
